Creamed Spinach written updates :-
Recipe Ingredients
baby spinach 250 gms
garlic 2 cloves crushed and chopped fine
butter 1 tbsp
oil 1 tsp
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg
nestle creation cream 200 mls
Recipe Method
heat butter and oil in a pan add the garlic and saute till fragrant then add the spinach and cook till the spinach wilts then add the salt,
pepper and pinch of nutmeg. reduce heat and stir in the cream and cook for a further 1 minute on low heat. sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
