Soft n’ Solve is a software development company. There are two teams working under leadership of Mr. Aimal and Ms. Ayesha.
The team members of Mr. Aimal don’t take any initiative and shows lack of sense of responsibility. They are mostly dependent and need guidance from the team leader. They don’t go beyond their allocated targets. Mr. Aimal has to closely supervise all the activities and push them to achieve the goals.

They are quoted for their enthusiasm and commitment to work, as they even work extra-hours to get the job done. They look at the best interest of the organization and initiate change accordingly.
