Recipe Ingredients
- Boneless breast fillet 4 flatten
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Egg 1 beaten mixed with 1 tbsp milk
- Corn crumbs ½ cup
- Bread crumbs ½ cup
- Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
- Cucumber 1 cut into tiny cubes
- Onion 1 small cut into tiny cubes
- Salad leaves as required
- Ingredients for sauce
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- French dressing 2 tbsp
- Sweet chatni 1 tbsp
- Mustard1 tsp
Recipe Method
- Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar, toss in dry flour, dip in egg and milk mixture then in combined crumbs to coat, deep fry in frying pan until golden, slit burger buns, toast slightly spread with butter and mayonnaise, put salad leaves, chicken, chopped vegetables, drizzle lavishly with sauce and serve immediately.
